Using Twitter for Constituent Outreach

Twitter is a great way to handle constituent service because it allows you to interact with constituents and address their concerns directly. An issue some elected officials may have is that all of this interaction is done for the world to see. It can be a real struggle to figure out how to address constituent concerns on such a public forum.
